![]() ![]() no nothing.i was told by a employee that new owners bought the hotel and changed a lot that explains why MGM sold it too much needs to be done and major complaints.if you care about quality and clean hotels don't stay here if you just want to gamble and don't care its for you.I have stayed here when MGM Grand had the hotel it was much better. this hotel is falling apart and in need of a full renovation.i reported my injury and room conditions to the front desk clerk who simply stated well guess services only works mon-fri she never apologized for conditions or offered a report.the casino is filled with smoke you can taste the nicotine in your mouth.the carts for your luggage is handed by the bell hops unless you get them you will not get a cart.i called back to speak to guest services whom stated the person was in a meeting and will call me in a hour 5 days later no call. there was a piece of marble tile sticking out from the wall i hurt my foot on it and took pictures. the rooms carpet is filthy its brown so unless you open the blinds you will not see the dirt.Now the bathroom toilet is so low a toddler could sit on it when you sit down you are almost on the floor. ![]() The Tunica County Sheriff’s Office is also looking for the person who tried to rob a patron inside a restroom at the Gold Strike Casino on Sunday, May 7, just after 4:00 a.m.I was here for a wedding and first of all the customer service was horrible upon checking into my air clean room on the 22second floor we found that the refrigerator had food in the bottom.
